I realize that this is likely the most crucial part of the effort

the mechanism

must attract passionate bootcampers: that is the most important
must be fair and transparent for all to see. this will increase organic media coverage
and ultimately, bring the most value to existing citadel genesis residents

We will consider any crazy ideas. Lets start the discussion
