Add option for ranged filtering

Are there any plans to implement ranged filtering a la http://datatables.net/release-datatables/examples/plug-ins/range_filtering.html for particular columns? Or is there a way to merge the two methodologies as they stand currently?

I don't currently have a need for this feature, but I'd certainly consider a pull request if you implement it. And of course if I get a client that wants it, I'll change my tune :)
