Incorrect bullet color on paste highlighted thought

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create thought test.
2. Set the background color of test to yellow.
3. Copy test (either by selecting the text or with the Copy Cursor command.)
4. Delete the thought.
5. Paste into new thought.

Current Behavior

The bullet color is black.

Expected Behavior

Bullet color should be yellow.

If a thought is entirely one color, the bullet color should match.
