Color picker keyboard shortcut and context menu

Note: Hold until new formatting context menu is designed.

• ⌘H to open the color picker as a custom context menu.

• Instead of A, render secondary key that is used to select a color:

  FG	BG	Color
  Y	⇧Y	Yellow
  O	⇧O	Orange
  G	⇧G	Green
  B	⇧B	Blue
  U	⇧U	Purple
  P	⇧P	Pink
  R	⇧R	Red

• Combine with Shift to set the background color.

• By default, dim the background color row. When Shift is held down, switch and dim the foreground color row.

• Indicate last applied color with small arrow.

• H to apply the last applied color.

• Arrow keys to navigate.

• Escape to close.
