Steps to Reproduce

- a
  - b
  - c
    - c1
    - c2
    - c3
  1. Set the cursor to null (so c is collapsed).
  2. Drag b after c and hold until c expands.
  3. Cancel the drag.
  4. Drag b in the empty space below c.

Current Behavior

Drop hover/target is out of place (as if below c3):

If dragged below and left, the drop hover appears twice:

Expected Behavior

The drop hover and target should appear in the correct place:
