Parts Required

Frame and portals

We will need a v-slot aluminum profile.

To assemble the frame:

  • 2020 v-slot 1100 mm -8 pct
  • 2040 v-slot 1200 mm - 4 pcs.

To build the XYZ portal:

  • 2020 v-slot 1100 mm - 2 pct
  • 2040 v-slot 1100 mm - 2 pct
  • 2040 v-slot 1200 mm - 2 pct.

To connect Profile used T-nut.

To strengthen the frame I use aluminum plates at each corner.

Assembly

I have not chosen the optimal assembly path.
Frame - Y axis - X axis - Z axis - Motor - Wire - Motherboard - Dc

Assembled a frame from an aluminum profile.

Firmware

I use the firmware Marlin 2.0.x alpha.
http://marlinfw.org/
For installation on a board I use PlatformIO. (instructions from the board manufacturer)
