audit TesterCalDAV and TesterCardDAV suppression lists

These two modules have huge embedded lists of failing tests that are suppressed under Cassandane due to being too apple-specific or whatever

It would be good to go through this list and:

• remove the suppression for any tests that no longer exist
• remove the suppression for any tests that no longer fail
• add suppressions for any new tests that fail for similar reasons

At the moment there's around 70 failing tests between these two modules when using a current version of caldavtester (which is too many to easily tell which is a genuine problem and which is just a test that's unsuitable for Cyrus/Cassandane), and thousands of suppressions. So they're not really useful suites to run unless we can bring them up to date.

caldavtester doesn't seem to update much, so even though this is a huge task, hopefully it only needs to be done very occasionally
