Is it possible to exclude specific paragraphs from the numbering scheme? Ie. if a block quote appears in the middle of a paragraph, I want the portion of the paragraph before the block quote and the portion after the block quote to be identifiable with the same number. Typographically, these are two distinct, adjacent paragraphs, but I want them to share a single identifier number.
