If you have the guts to try out Big Sur then, I would think you would also be savvy enough to upgrade OpenCore yourself & apply the necessary hacks/updates. Why don't you upgrade it yourself? Maybe you can tell us how it went? Contributions to the knowledge base is always welcome.

Hi, I tested on the Big Sur following configuration. With the latest OC and KEXTs from https://dortania.github.io/builds/?product=OpenCorePkg very useful site btw, wonder your thoughts.

1 x Case: NCase M1 V6.1 Black
1 x Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z390-I Gaming M-ITX
1 x Central Processor Unit: Intel Core i9-9900K, 3.6GHz, 16 MB, BOX
1 x Central Processor Unit Cooling AIO: Asus ROG Strix LC 240 AiO CPU Cooler with Aura Sync RGB
1 x Random Access Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 64GB 3200MHz CL16
1 x Solid State Drive for OS: Western Digital SSD 2TB SN750 NVMe
1 x Graphics Processor Unit: XFX AMD Radeon VII 16GB HBM2
1 x Power Supply: Corsair SF Series SF750 750W 80 PLUS Platinum SFX
1 x BCM94352Z/DW1560 for WiFi and Bluetooth (replacement on Motherboard)

Even from updated latest OpenCore and KEXT Bluetooth does not work and the system often freezes, etc. My suspicion is the last part on the list, that needs to be replaced, but what card is fully supported? I do not know... Hope that helps you to not yet move to Big Sur.

Thanks!

I almost got what I needed, the thing is that WLAN and BT are working, and here are my 0.6.3+ configs.

configEFI.plist.txt
configPEN.plist.txt

But after random time about 1h or less system freeze and I need to disable the computer to wake it up.

What I did wrong? ;-/. Thx!

I found that Rute Couse this was because of GPU XFX Radeon VII connected via HDMI, when I connected to the iGPU all is super stable, btw latest MB BIOS with my configs and AUTO GPU (in BIOS) automatically switch to whatever is connected GPU or iGPU, sadly I do not have Display Port in the monitor to check Display Port stability ;-/.

Maybe this is the wrong path, but do you know is it possible to disable Audio over HDMI? Maybe that is an issue here? Btw on RX 570, all works super stable... only wonder why not on Radeon VII, Thx!

I made new repo for macOS Big Sur instead of the fork with two EFIs one for Pendrive (INS OC v0.6.4) and one for Running (RUN OC v0.6.5) it works super stable I tested the last few months! :D. At https://github.com/sowson/haniapc Hope you like it, enjoy!

I'm going to try and use the author's project file to run 11.1 successfully, but after one month's test, I don't think it's very stable. Sometimes when Xcode programming, it's easy to crash. I'm going to try the scheme shared by this brother. Thank you
