Service Description

SDK Recommendation

This section will document the recommended path to be taken to deliver client libraries & an SDK, e.g. "LLC" or "HLC".

KPIs & Success Metrics

Project Heath

Executive Summary: This section should be a brief synopsis of the overall health of the project.

  • Project Health Dashboard -- This is a dashboard that should include, at a minimum the following information. We should also be able to provide a "rollup" view by "umbrella team," e.g. Cognitive Services and all engagements.

    • Issue count (SDK owned and service owned called out)
    • Stale issues (SDK owned and service owned called out)
    • Test coverage and pass rates

  • SDK Adoption Target Dashboard -- We should be able to work with the service team to help them track the growth of their SDK usage.
