Support Traditional Chinese

Hi!, I'm hosting the bot on heroku. However, most of the members' name in my guild are in Chinese, so the nametag of the user displayed on the website will be empty. (Same issue when user send a message in Chinese.)

AFAIK I don't think there is a way to fix this in the old d-zone unless you change this file. Current rewrite should fix the internationalization issue because it'd be depending on native fonts.
