Acrylic Window Backdrop doesn't work

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Options
2. Appearance
3. Window Backdrop
4. No acrylic effect is applied when selecting acrylic and applied

Additional context

The acrylic effect is not applied. I would like the effect to be acrylic like a window, favourably with a colour option to make the background for the image more beautiful.

Backdrop effect is not supported in Full screen mode because in this mode, the window border is removed. The backdrop Windows API does not work on borderless window.
