media items hebrew names of files

can you support uploading hebrew file names so people don't have to rename them ?
right now when I click them I cannot see the content so it probably doesn't work right.

Fixing this ticket is not trivial, this is third-party code. How common is this use case?

if its a complicated call I will just instruct them not to use Hebrew named files. Just that some will
probably forget and we will have to go over it.

Let's try to just avoid using non-english filenames. Even if I manage to find a workaround for this issue it's better to avoid unicode characters in URLs if we can help it.
