Carthage build only one dependency #15

Apologies if this is already possible, I couldn't figure out a way.
To add a new dependency I would love to be able to do this:

Specify new dependency X/Y in Cartfile.

carthage update --no-build.

carthage build x/y.

dabing1022 added the Cocoapods/Carthage label
