Under code inspector have an "exclude an instance from the project" button/option.

save this to the project file so future runs can exclude it (CodeBase will have exclusions list)
potentially provide an exclusion list in the UI somewhere so you can review the exclusions (since you want to make sure you agree with all the exclusions)
