🐛 BUG: Offline shown as "issue screen"

What went wrong? 🤔

I got a Product is down screen when in fact I simply lacked internet connection. This is unnessesary "we are having an issue" signaling to the end user as there is no real issue.

Expected Behavior

A screen stating your currently offline

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Ensure your computer is offline
2. Open your Chrome browser for the first time
3. The daily.dev opens with the issue, finger crossed view

To ensure its just a "offline issue", go online and hit refresh

Solution Proposed

Create a "You are offline" view.

Additional Context

My Chrome has profiles so the browser launch flow is:
1. Select profile
2. Show the daily.dev

This happens with other profiles. This did not happen when you go offline once the daily.dev has started online.
