What went wrong? πŸ€”

Site will throw an error 'Please complete the security check' while it's already completed (passed) on registration page. I have to refresh the page and start all over again to sign up πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

2025-02-14.-.screencast.2025-02-14.16-19-24.mp4

Expected Behavior

After changing username on signup form it won't stuck with 'Please complete the security check' error

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Fill onboarding (sign up) form completely (including captcha) and use some name that can be taken, for example, `example`
2. Change the username to something unique, for example, `example2957202`. Captcha is still 'valid'. Submit the form
3. See error 'Please complete the security check'
