I’ve updated the schedule in the device settings and unplugged my display twice and the off/on setting still isn’t working.

Hi Corey -
Thank you for your feedback. The Display is a standard ViewSonic monitor (VA2759-SMH) and it’s connected directly with the HDMI cable from the CPU to the display. I notice the CPU never sleeps either, so the screen stays on our loop all night.

Hi @ThatGuyThr,
This could be if your display is not a CEC capable display, which means it cannot accept inbound controls via HDMI. It could also be if you are using a series of display adapters that removes the digital signal used by HDMI, for example converting HDMI to DVI to a display.
If either of these are the case, there will be no capability of the device to sleep the display unfortunately. Feel free to share with us the model number of the display and the equipment you are using here or emailing us at ***@***.***

Is there a function to schedule the CPU unit to power down so the monitor can hibernate? I would like to save energy during late night and early morning hours. Or other options to do so?
