[META] Purpose of repository?

I am curious, is this a clone of the https://bitbucket.org/dalerank/caesaria/wiki/Home one if so, it is out of date.
If it is not a clone, why have two repos?

Are you still working on this at Bitbucket?

Me and my cousins could help you. Two of us study Computer Science and one of us is a Physicist who knows how to program fairly well. We loved Caesar 3 when we were kids, and it would be great to have a modern incarnation of this classic running in current OSes and with better assets and AI.

I'd love to help too, please contact me I'm a developer with 10+ years of experience working in several languages and I totally love Caesar 3, was the game that hooked my father into "modern" video games and the one that taught us quite a lot of Italian (for some reason I couldn't change the language for a looong time lol).
