unable to sign in to trakt

keep getting this error when trying to enter the correct 8 pin code. it wont let me pull up my data. whats wrong

I tested on two different computers on two different networks, both with no anti-virus or fire wall. I get the same error.

Edit: TL;DR I didn't read the manual.

I interpreted the directions incorrectly, my intended action was to export a CSV from trakt, which is found in Options > "Export from trakt to CSV..."

I suspect others with this issue are having this incorrect assumption as well as I came right from
