what happens

In one or more situations, notedeck does not auto-refresh / auto-update notes to the latest when connected to the internet.

expectation

Customer expects to always have the latest notes when connected to the internet.

@kernelkind I suggest moving this to the top of the list, as it is a negative experience that is expected to affect all notedeck testers and enjoyers.
