Credit card form not clearly an input field

Somewhere along the way stripe killed the borders (or maybe CSS classes we were using?) on their credit card form. It's not 100% clear to everyone that this is a form that they can input numbers into:

Got another complaint about this.

P.S. We should switch to Stripe Checkout probably.

But a CSS fix will be the quicker approach for this specific problem.
