When I switch to a new server but still have a song or podcast episode from the old server in my player, DSub will send savePlayQueue to the new server even though those IDs are from the old server.

If the problem is too intractable, I think it would be totally reasonable
to just flush the player when changing servers. It's not like it's a common
scenario. I'm only hitting it because I'm testing changes to gonic.
