Add option to cancel further finishers individually

Currently you are able to cancel subsequent finishers if spam has been detected. This setting is applied to all Spam Detection Finishers.

It would be nice, if this setting could be applied to each Spam Detection Finisher individually, so on page A one can use the spam marker and on page B one can skip subsequent finishers. If the required setting is missing, a fallback to the configuration should be used to not break existing code.
