Branch key: master is a stepping-stone to CRAN releases. develop is for developers and users who are able to deal with rapid changes in code that compiles but is not otherwise very stable. testing is mainly for the developers, and it may not even build at any given time.
RELEASE SCHEDULE. A CRAN submission of 0.9-18 is planned for late 2015 or early 2016.
