Branch key: master is a stepping-stone to CRAN releases. develop is for developers and users who are able to deal with rapid changes in code that compiles but is not otherwise very stable. testing is mainly for the developers, and it may not even build at any given time.

RELEASE SCHEDULE. A CRAN submission of 0.9-15 is planned for the week of May 18th, 2015. First, ocedata needs perhaps a few days to work its way through CRAN, after its submission May 17th. Second, oce needs to be tested on the windows test-build machine (done May 17th). Third, oce can be submitted (done May 18th). The review process takes a few days, and it can be a week before a new version becomes available to users through CRAN. Given all this, it may be reasonable to hope that a oce version 0.9-15 to appear on CRAN by the end of May, 2015.
