What OS and Version?

Windows VM at Apple M1 ARM

Description of issue

When I try to install app on my Windows VM at Mac M1, I get message that software works only with x64 processors. But Win Arm has emulator and portable version runs fine.
Please correct processor check in installer.

TIL that a ARM Windows has an emulation service similar to Rosetta. I'll look at that processor test.

This is now fixed in the development branch.
