Agent UI failing to upload files to code interpreter consistently

What happened?

When using the agent editor UI and trying to upload files for code interpreter using the "Upload for Code Interpreter" button, the UI is failing consistently with:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an agent
2. During creation, add files for instructions (.py and .txt)
3. Use Agent successfully
4. Update files for instructions (many times)
5. eventually the agent will consistently start throwing the reported error

Thanks for the report. Can you expand on this step? I can't reproduce this.

Update files for instructions (many times)

That step involved uploading new versions of the instruction file and deleting the old ones over time.
Example of a single instance:

0. The existing instruction files (a .py and a .txt) work fine
1. Upload new .py and .txt files (new revision) with the same name
2. Delete old revision files

We've also had many instances where the agent responds that it cannot find the instruction file attached repeatedly.

While there may be an edge case that needs to be handled for the database update error, this reproduction is not complete. Simply following the steps does not produce the issue.

More information needed:

• Database setup details (using Mongo locally, Atlas, or other replacement?)
• Agent instructions, provider, model, and model parameters used
• The exact contents of the Code Interpreter files being attached to the Agent. If sensitive instructions, as close to a reproduction of the files without sensitive information (enough to produce the error)
• An exported conversation that experienced the issue (from the top right "share button" in the chat view)

All of the above helps me understand how the agent and the files are being used.

No matter how many times I update the files with instructions within them, it never has the issue:

@afaq-glowforge I believe this should be resolved after update here: #5928

Let me know if you still have issues. One of the main causes for this could be that your uploads directory is not persisting between reloads of your container instances, I only recently added this configuration to the project's compose files.

I also handled any potential edge cases at the database level.
