Automated reminder emails for GM responsibilities

Following on from the point I raised at the GM, I think it may be useful to have an automated email to remind GMs of their responsibilities before and after a game. The main thing, I think, would be to poke them to organise kit for their game, but it can also include things like their responsibilities on game, and after game. Probably don't want too much in the email otherwise it'll get skimmed and ignored, but I think I've got the gist of my idea across.

Think this one needs to go to the club for feature design - there's an easy starting point, but as people complain about and don't read the automated emails anyway...

Currently pop-ups and sidebar nags seem to be favoured option from club.
