POPUPMARKER.JS DOES NOT WORK ON INTRANET or OFFLINE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. My intranet does not have access to google.com or the public internet, we 
use FUSION map the private version of GOOGLE'S MAPS.
2.The problem is that POPUPMARKER.js line 96 uses google chart api to create a 
the marker Bubble. 
3. Does anybody know how to replace the google chart buble image with a 
different dynamic image that I can download or use locally in my intranet.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I hope that in future releases GOOGLE CHART API are no longer use, so users 
like me can use the library on Intranet or offline. Instead I hope a Dynamic 
image that can be downloaded will be use in future releases.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1, windows 2003
