No password generated

With the APP 1.15.16 (and older too), if I try to create a new register site, the generate password doesn't generate anything. And for example, If I check the 'Enable number' and Put the "security" number to 4, when I click to generate the password it remove all, uncheck the 'Enable number' and put the 'security' field to 0 without nay password.
