Problem

Because of timing issues, this and that, software tests fail occasionally on CI/GHA, and would like to be improved.

Workaround

When they fail, mostly on either Python 3.9 or 3.10, it is usually enough to re-run failed tests on GHA once or twice, to make them succeed again.
