no packet-in

hello. I use this version to do multipath routing with select group table.
Here is the problem. After the one flow table and group table matched, there is no packet-in message for other packets which dose not match any flow table.
Do you have the problem? The code works well in ovs 2.7 whose select group table is limited.

Did you found a solution to this? I am stuck with the same problem wherein the OVS receives the packet and updates the counter but there is no Packet_in.
