It pretty much is NOT. We need to talk to @sigmundch about long-term plans here.

Hi - thanks for the inquiry. This repository was not being actively maintained and after consideration - as per the readme - we've made the decision to archive it.

We'll continue to work on improving JS interop generally. For details on how to write interop interfaces using package:js,
please visit the package:js pub page or the dart.dev documentation for JS interop.

If there is interest in continuing this repository, feel free to contribute by forking.
