Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a relatively big analysis_options file in my company. And when managing it I always have to open a browser to see what some specific lints are and copy the right name.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like for the analysis_options.yaml file to have an autocomplete for active rules to suggest under analyzer -> errors and maybe (in this case not only active, I believe) analyzer -> language.
