  • what worked well

    • We made small incremental changes in between a busy school week.
  • what didn't

    • Everyone had midterms to study for and essays to write for other classes, so we had to place progress on the back burner until we all had more bandwidth. We made significant progress last week to prepare for limited availability this week, but we made less than anticipated progress on onboarding.
  • self assessment on progress

    • We modeled and animated the coconut King
    • We modeled and applied a VFX of the seed being grown
    • We modeled a launching pad and scripted a sequence for when a player jumps on it
    • Created an NPC that randomly wanders around the map and can be interacted with.
    • Implemented a random runaway of a seed from a player that gets near
  • lay out each of the following weeks till end of term with brief goals for each

    • Week 6: Continue onboarding, seed mechanisms, plan integration, costume design
    • Week 7: Integration
    • Week 8: Adding Audio and finalizing
    • Week 9: User Testing and bug fixing
    • Week 10: Technigala
