precise controls of histogram in log space #117

There's histogram(ds,min,max,binsize), but what if you want to have the binning done in log space? I'm not sure this can be done. Note histogram(ds,100) seems to detect the data data Dave has wants to be in log. (https://github.com/autoplot/dev/blob/master/demos/2024/20241031/demoBoxMouseAction.jy)
