Support for a type of dasein exception that indicates retries.

Some actions in clouds can fail due to intermittent errors like traffic issues or connectivity issues and each cloud can have different retry messages. It would be really helpful if dasein could handle such cases by parsing out exception messages from clouds and then categorizing it in a new dasein retryable exception which indicates the user that there is a chance the call might work if retried again after a certain amount of time.
