Chose from where the edge are starting/ending

Hello,

If I'm not mistaken this item is a feature request as I did not find a way to control from where the edges are starting from.
It seems that right now, every edge is going from the middle of the source to the middle of the target.

In the example above I would like to make all the edges start from the same point (that would be on the exterior of the box).

Maybe I missed something in the documentation and examples?
