The web-UI is always giving this error when selecting mm10 as reference

I don't know the precise timing, but it seems to happen before starting "Calculating universe set overlaps..."

If I use the same input (and process them with mm10) it goes through without any problem (except for sure that it's the wrong species). You can my example data set under https://cloud.mpi-cbg.de/index.php/s/KgXvVkohySFzTOY

@holgerbrandl thanks so much for alerting us to this issue

i just tested the file you sent and saw the same error ... unfortunately the "disconnected from server" message can indicate a number of errors on the backend, but we're working to provide more informative error messages (#66)

i did want to let you know that when i uploaded the mm10 bed file you shared on our development site, the run produced results:

http://dev.lolaweb.databio.org/?key=721NLMB8OA3TVE5

the dev branch is several commits ahead of the production site ... we're planning another release very soon

Thanks @vpnagraj for the kind help. Indeed the dev-server works great with my set. Great tool, thanks a lot!

@holgerbrandl thank you again for reaching out about this problem

we've just issued a 1.3.0 release that fixes this issue ... so the production site should work with mm10 bed files now as well:
