Source data states only one SV for Volanic Ash (https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/pub/data/swdi/stormevents/csvfiles/Storm-Data-Bulk-csv-Format.pdf)

SV explorer shows both Count_VolcanicAshfallEvent and Count_VolcanicAshEvent
