Cannot see "subClassOf" hierarchy of Fyzická osoba in Ontographer

I have a problem seeing the inheritance hierarchy of Fyzická osoba in Ontographer.

In ShowIt it looks like this:

i.e. 111/2009/pojem/fyzická-osoba subclassof veřejný-sektor/pojem/fyzická-osoba subclassof veřejný-sektor/pojem/subjekt-práva.

However, in Ontographer, I see:

I am missing the subclassof between 111 fyzická osoba and vsgov fyzická osoba.

I am not sure whether this is an SSP issue or Ontographer issue. It seems that those are connected using skos:broader but not rdfs:subClassOf
