@skoky But as I understand, this project can be used for parsing data sent from AMB device, when it's self-hosted?

You just connect to AMB decoder on LAN (using sockets)

https://github.com/datagutten/amb-p3-parser/blob/master/src/parser.php
Then you can get data using parse()
