Release DL-Registry to pypi. The process of releasing to pypi should be automated via https://github.com/datalad/release-action.

Things to pay attention to for resolving this issue:

  1. The current packaging/build of DL-Registry doesn't seem to include static files, e.g., the datalad_registry/static and datalad_registry/templates are not included as part of the package.
