Get-DBAAgentJob not always returning a job

We have written a process to compare job properties and the steps are:

1. Run Get-DbaAgentJob on server A to return all job names
2. Run Get-DbaAgentJob on server B to return all job names
3. Merge the list of job names to get a distinct list of job names.
4. Loops through the list of job names and runs @sourcejob = Get-DbaAgentJob ServerA, @jobname and @TargetJob = Get-DbaAgentJob ServerB @jobname
5. If @TargetJob is null reports the job as missing on ServerB

The issue I'm seeing at one location is that even though the job exists on both Server A and Server B sometimes Get-DBAAgentJob doesn't return the job from ServerB.

We have deployed this code multiple places and we are only seeing this issue at one place.
