Description of the Feature to be Added

log when handling edge cases etc. Accept a logger instance as a param. If logger is not None, then log to logfile, else log to console.

(OPTIONAL) Suggested Implementations

logger.warning("Creating a synthetic calendar.txt...") from here
Handle when creating synthetic stop_code column for viz_stops.
Whenever we try except, good to log a warning. Such as KeyError. Feed was not cleaned.
