  • Post assess-gtfs, refactor package to remove GTFS content.
  • Update workflows to reflect above change.
  • Fix action references to SHA.
  • Move requirements to pyproject.toml
  • Works with python3.11
  • Unpick dependency lock (pytest, pandas, numpy) -> Unpick dependency lock (pytest, pandas, numpy) #298
  • Retry flakey runner pytest step
