Custom slide duration (Make so that you can set a shorter slide-time)

Some groups like spamming with many pictures, it'd be great if you could set a shorter slide-time so that they don't take up 90% of the display-time

I think both shorter and longer within a span would be good. Priority levels could work as @LudwikJaniuk writes.
