Filename can't contain "ö"

If the filename for an uploaded image contains the letter ö the image won't be displayed.

Hmm, looks like we can't recreate this locally. Can someone try this in Meta on the real deal?

Aand i couldn't try it because I could not log in to meta. Reopened that issue tho.
