Also, thanks for the updates on the committee page, I fixed some of the issuers in my latest PR, but I'll update to your solution which is more elegant. |

Adding the
viewportmeta tag improves the look on mobile devices significantly. Also made the text and image responsive when the screen size is small. Since the page had no meta tags before I went ahead and added a favicon and title while I was at it.
